Summertime!
Summertime!
For many students interested in music, obtaining an instrument can be a significant financial burden. From choosing an instrument to maintenance and additional supplies, music can be expensive and that's not even including lessons and performances! At Infinity, we encourage members of our community to donate their gently-used (and well-loved!) instruments for the students of our studio.
There are many circumstances that may necessitate renting an instrument including gauging the interest of beginning students, wanting to avoid pain and discomfort for beginning students, and even certain styles of music. For these scenarios and more, we allow students to rent instruments until they find and feel comfortable with an instrument of their choosing.
When our instrumental students sign up for lessons, they will have a consultation with their teacher and discuss what is necessary for their success. At the student's trial lesson, they will be shown a selection of instruments and supplies available for rent and the monthly fee for their chosen instrument will be included and itemised on their regular invoices.
